Into Paradise
20 odd years ago this was the scene I was in search of, recommended by a friend. I held her little photo of the scene, glancing at it to compare it with what I was seeing out the windscreen of the two wheel drive rental. Finally, all the elements came together and compose themselves into what kind of look like the photo, but as I stepped out of the car, my jaw dropped. It was in that moment that I realised just how poor a sales pitch a photo can be for a place. 20+ years later, I get that same feeling, every time. Love this place.
