Morning Gold, Paradise
I hiked to fair way up the Dart with my gear to get to this spot and was well rewarded for my curiosity. There's always that question of, what's around the next corner? It's usually the next corner. Amazing scenes everywhere you turn up here. The peace is only broken by the occasional distant car or the throaty hum of the dart river jet zipping up the braids, mostly unseen. In the silence you can hear yourself think. Then realise that’s a waste of time and just settle for a human, being.
